3. Subscription Terms

BakeMaster Pro offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will move to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BakeMaster Pro for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, or to infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you enter into the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

BakeMaster Pro and its content are owned by us. Your data remains yours. You retain all rights to the recipes, customer information, and other content you create in the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

BakeMaster Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
